Merry Christmas 2025!

Another year has flown right by —
2025 said, “Ready or not, here I go!”
and we said, “Wait… already?”

We played in charity golf tournaments,
proving once again that we excel more at supporting causes
than sinking putts.
(And Rachel will always show up for a cute golf outfit.)

April brought big milestones:
Bill tackled the Ironman in The Woodlands
while Rachel tackled cheering…
which was exhausting in its own way.
We also celebrated a beautiful family wedding
and tried not to cry (too much).
(Mainly Bill.)

May whisked us off to the beach with the kids and grandkids,
then straight to Oregon,
where we decided waterfalls are now part of our personality.

We toasted seven years of marriage
and discovered our stomachs no longer appreciate
rollercoasters at Six Flags —
but we rode every ride anyway.

Bill bought a new boat
and has been on the Texas coast so often
we’re considering forwarding his mail there.
(In his dreams.)
He continues golfing, building, fishing,
and generally proving retirement is nowhere on the horizon.

Rachel traveled to Maryland for a work conference,
ate seafood like it was her full-time job,
and visited more local bookstores this year
than any reasonable person would admit.

Fall brought Bill’s annual hunt at Amistad,
where he came home with both a deer and an Audad ram —
because apparently one trophy wasn’t enough.

Halloween had us living our Disney dreams
as Moana and Maui (you’re welcome 🎶).

November wrapped up with a trip to New Orleans
for Boys & Girls Club events,
followed by a week in Cozumel while Bill competed in another Ironman.
Rachel joyfully combined beach time
with her professional-level Ironman cheering duties.

We stayed busy this year —
serving our community, loving our family,
laughing at ourselves often,
and trying to remember where Bill left his glasses.

From our home to yours,
we wish you a Christmas full of peace, joy,
and all the magic this season brings.

With love & laughter,
Bill & Rachel
