A Christmas to Remember, 2024

In January, we gathered, our hearts full of cheer,
As Allie turned one—what a start to the year!
February found us in snow, shining and bright,
In Angel Fire, we skied down slopes of white.

In March, charity called, with clubs in hand,
At Epsilon Pi’s golf tourney, we took a stand.
April brought blooms and a Bluebonnet race,
And a total eclipse—such a wondrous embrace!

May took Bill south to the Florida shore,
Ironman 70.3—he conquered once more.
In July, a milestone—Rachel turned forty,
And September called for a Mexico party!

October saw costumes, Mario and his Peach,
And the sorrow of farewells just out of reach,
As Bill’s dear father left us this fall—
His spirit remains a comfort to all.

In November, sweet Avery Ann Boone arrived,
A granddaughter’s love, bringing joy to our lives.
Bill’s building homes, with strength anew,
And training for a triathlon too!

Rachel finds joy in her workout routine,
Leading clubs and reading in scenes serene.
Four Labradors—Daisy, Fletch, Kuma, and Bea,
Keeping us busy, lively, and free.

So here’s to 2024, with memories so bright,
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
